My JVC camera, model GR-AX410, will not function properly.

Model GR-AX410, approx. 10 years old. Will not function properly. Light bulb icon in center of screen, and all else blinks. Will not rewind or play back. Will not record. Seems to be in a constant state of "pause." Not sure what setting it should be on now. Lost original owner's manual. Please respond ASAP. Thank you.
