There is a software sunplus pnp transcoder which you must use to convert any video file into asf format (compressed) before you can now copy the files to the player. NB the software workd best in ME. in XP you get a very big file. e.g if media file is 50MB, in Me you get 20Mb but in xp, the result is 400Mb.
