wet digital camera

Wet Digital Camera

My HP PhotoSmart 733 got left out in the rain. I opened it up to dry out. It will turn on but all the icons on the top screen appear. It won't do anything but turn on and off. Is it tanked???

    My Sony cybershot camera got wet and now when turned on, the image is black although all functions appear to work properly. I can review digital images on the camera. There was some moisture on the lens for example however it has since dried up. Help!
