SONY C:13:01 ERROR - When trying to format

I use a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-F717 and when I got the stick over 1 month ago, it was working great. But a day ago it came up with the error "C:13:01 ERROR". I try to format it and the same error. I removed the chip and added another one to the camera and it worked. I'm looking for ideas or software that can format or repair it. Thanks
