Help identify problems and cost to repair

I have a JVC AV 48WP30 I Art Pro and I've been having problems with the television turning on and off by itself. The television is 4 years old and no longer under warranty. I have also noticed I faint red wave in the upper left corner and bottom right corner. It seems like maybe a mirror shifted? Any advice would be fantastic. Thanks, Scott
