JVC GR-DX75AH cannot power up or charge using the power adapter.

I have a JVC Digi Cam Model Number GR-DX75AH, this week while I was using it to play back a video through TV.... the LED light flashes rapidly and bleep constantly...first I thought must be the battery going and then I plugged in the power adapter. after a while it still doing the bleeping and flashing, so i decided to discoonect it from the power and tried to restart it. after i unplugged the power cable and turned off the cam... it cannot be turn bk on for some reasons, and now the miniDV tape got stuck in it as no power to eject the tape. I just wondering is there a way to master reset the camcorder manually and retrieve the tape manually? Also how do i check the camcorder whether it is broken or not, or make it to turn on again?
