connecting gr-sxm37u to toshiba a105-s4114

I recently upgraded my computer to the Toshiba satellite a105-s4114 and am wanting to use the movie maker software to download home movies made on my jvc gr-sxm37u. I’ve searched and searched and cannot find a way to hook these two devices up so that I can produce DVDs to share with others. Please advise of what connectors and a how-to instructions.
