JVC Projection TV Problem

I have a rear projection TV going on three years. For a couple of months the sides of the picture bowed in slightly. Now the top of the picture bows down on the left side of the TV about 6 inches and skews the picture resulting in double vision on the upper screen. I tried auto converge and no luck. Any ideas?
