Not certain what a message idea is? But I did include a subject line.

I came home to a burning smell from my tv. Now when I try and turn it on all I hear is the tv switching itself back off. It sounds like it has somethig to do with the starting mechanism. Is it a long shot to ask the name of this fried part?
