Lens Will Not Retract on Sony DSC-W5

When I turn on my Sony DSC-W5, I receive the error "turn camera off and on again). I believe there is an issue in the lens array as it will not retract. It had a few days prior received a jolt. Can this be fixed and how much would it cost (estimate will suffice).
