HomeHow do I fix my camera? I have a JVC gr-d72u camcorder. I bought it used (so no warranty) but everything was working fine. I used it for about a month then out of nowhere a message pooped up on the lcd screen saying " condensation, operation paused. Please wait." and the message just never went away. When this message is up on the screen, you cannot record, playback or press any bottons on it for that matter. What do i need to do to get this problem fixed?

Ditto me. Three times it's been in for repair and now it's happened again. Web is full of similar problems with this JVC model range. Last time I but JVC Don't buy JVC camcorders because i have the same problem about this condensation operation pause.Buy SONY camcorder if you want value for your money.I'll never buy JVC products again,ever. If you google ''condensation operation paused'' you'll see that there's loads of jvc customers with the same problem, it seems to be some kind of fault with the camera. I'm in the same boat :-( I'm having the same problem with my GR-D22 JVC camcorder. I'm haven't had time to contact JVC, but I'm wondering if the problem isn't a warranty issue. |
