Won't turn on, nothing

I have a JVC DVL 520u camcorder I bought it about two-three years ago. it stopped working sometime last year. I have the power cord plugged in, and a new battery, EVERYTHING! and it just won't turn on for me. if there is anyway I can fix this, please help me!
