I bought a Panasonic NV gs33 in Roma, Italy about two years ago. And, yes, I have had to deal with the "push reset" problem. The cam began malfunctioning about three months after the purchase. I had it serviced and was told that it had a mechanical problem. Now one year has passed and the little thing, again, is not functioning! The "push reset" warning is back. This time I am not taking the cam into service. It can die! And, sure enough, I am not buying another Panasonic. Best regards R.V.
