i am having the same problem with my 57ws655 and the closest service center is in miami fl which is 80 miles from where i am at so that mean im going to have to take off of work just to take this P.O.S. up there wish i still had my samsung (never gave me any problems and its still working i gave it to my brother told him he gonna have to give it back)
