I have A Nnet md walkman mz-s1 and do not have the software to download music off the computer. I think we are stuck in the same situation. If you have any information for how I can get the software please contact me. I can help you though because a friend of mine taught me how to record with out a software but it is a pain in the ass because you always have to check that your music and minidisk are working well compared to the software were it is a lot faster.
