Power loss

My daughters Nutone 3303 is only one year old and it lost power? Are there fuses for system or has a transformer gone bad, any ideas? I plan on taking tester and checking 110 to transformer later today. Any help is appreciated. The home builder failed to leave the Owners manual can one be found on line? Help
