Flash Problems

I'm still having dreadful problems with this camera! After posting a couple of months back about the white screen problem. The flash has since stopped working. Its driving me nuts, especially now its winter I cant get any decent pictures!! Does anyone have any idea how I can get this fixed as its driving me nuts!! Would really appreciate any suggestions many thnaks Carrie :)
