Homejvc gr-d20ek will only record sound. not showing any pictures on screen. Please help Dilema, I borrowed this camcorder from my mother which was working fine. All of a sudden the picture went, even though it still records sound and it said the lense cap was still on. Sometimes the screen is completely black and other times it is fuzzy but no picture. i hope you can help. Many thanks

I also have just tried my GR-D20EK ready for our sons play and it has no picture on the screen, I tried recording and it only recorded sound no video. Please could you send me the details Thanks Jim Full info sent by direct e-mail and which includes details of the procedure used to obtain the "free" (qualified) repair on this fault. |
