HI, please needing help too with the same problem. I have a JVC GR-D73AA video camera and am desperate to take footage on Christmas day of the kids and I can turn the camera on and it says the lens cap is on. The cap is off and the screen is grey and I cannot see anything. I can replay and watch tapes without a problem. Anyone please help!!!!! Simone
