We are trying to import video from our JVC GR-DVL300U to the PC, however, the PC does not recognize the device. We are using a firewire...any ideas.

Trying to make a CD with Christmas concert for present and can not figure out how to get the video from the camcorder to the PC. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)
