error c:13:1

please help me

I ve got a DSC-W7 Sony camera with a SanDisk Memory stick PRO 256 Mb. the card is not working and every time I try to use the camera I see this error message. C:13:01. I tried to resume the photos with RescuePro SanDisk program but I cant rescue the pics. Could you help me please?

Dear Abhi C:13:** FORMAT ERROR Cause Memory Stick is defective or Trouble with internal memory. Format the Memory Stick or internal memory. Insert a new Memory Stick Turn the power off and on again. Dr.Chikna Contact: Dr.Chikna@Gmail.Com
