Thank you, Barry. The runaround by Toshiba was the same for us. This solution also worked for our model projector, a TLP710. I'll restate it here: Make sure the main power switch is OFF. Hold the "ON", "MENU", and "INPUT" buttons at the same time and turn the main power switch on. Keep them held until the yellow power standby light comes on, then let go. It is done.

Yes...just found out (finally). The scumbags at Toshiba wouldn't tell me after the BRAND NEW LAMP I bought didn't have the instructions in it. Make sure the main power switch is OFF. Hold the "ON", "MENU", and "INPUT" buttons at the same time and turn the main power switch on. Keep them held until the yellow power standby light comes on, then let go. It is done.
