I have tried to reset, but it made no difference! what is the "Free repair" you spoke about, and how do I obtain it, please.

Hi,
My JVC camcorder have the same problem which sometimes there is nothing you can see on the scree but it records sound.
Can you send thru email the solution to this problem.
