i want to build fm receiver that can receiver the siganl of 145 Mhz. i want the complete circuit diagram including PCb layout,pin diagram of the ic used n so.. plz help me out.

i preparing for a competition , the event is same like radio diretion finding or fox hunt or t hunt. it is on fooo hunting. so i have to build the receiver . the hidden trannsmitter will transmit discrete signal at 145 Mhz.so my receiver should be capable of receiving 145 Mhz signal. please give me a complete diagram of the circuit along with every minute information.if the receiver has signal strngth indicator it would be great. i would be very thankful to you if you ealy help me out.
