I replaced the chips as stated and it worked fine for about 3 - 4 months then the blue went out of whack. I changed the chips again and it is still out of whack. I may have damaged the board.

Eric, Thanks for the help here. I was able to replace the chips and fix the TV once. However, I think I may have damaged the board in the process, it went out again this time a different color and replacing the chips did not work. Is there anyway for me to get a new board and replace it my self? Thanks, Jason
