HOW DO I SET THE TIME?

I HAVE A JVC CAR AUDIO SYSTEM, CD PLAYER FM STEREO AND CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SET THE TIME! DRIVING ME CRAZY...PLEASE HELP!
