Home | Previous messageAs regards to the lens cap problem, if you are the original purchaser of the device then there is a "free" repair being offered on this fault, also being outside the guarantee period makes no difference whatsoever as it still applies. Although the condensation issue does exist it is very uncommon with E / EK models except in winter months, however if I am provided with a direct e-mail address I can send info on regarding methods on how to get over the problem.

hi thanx for replying i found the repair site just after posting the 1st post however i would like more info on the condensation problem. my email is tonyspad@ntlworld.com thanx again as its a pain when we go out to a partie and then get the cam out to find safeguard or lens cap problems very annoying. thanx from tony please email me with how to help the problem thanx |
