Panasonic DMR-ES25S Progressive-Scan DVD Recorder

Hi to everyone, Can I use this recorder to convert my PAL VHS video tapes to DVD (either PAL or NTSC)? In other words, will this recorder accept composite video input in PAL to do DVD recording. If not, what model would? Best regards
