Homeold or new battery won't accept charge. leave camcord hooked up to charger ,camcord will work. unplug charger camcord goes blank.paul Posted Jan 23, 2007JVC CAMCORDGR-AXM17U bought new battery did not help.pulg charger in ,red light on for 30 to 35 seconds. light goes off , green light does not come on.
