jvc vhs-c model GR-AX930 dropped.

Now it doesn't recognize that a tape is inserted,wont play or record.The (no tape) indicater is lit up.I took it apart but didnt see anything broken or bent,any ideas on what I can replace to fix it? cannot find a service dealer in my location zip 26601.
