Re: LETS FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST SONY

In December '06, we turned off our Sony Trinitron model #KV-32V42 as we left the house, it's never turned on since. We hear a click as if it's turned on and the standby timer flashes red. Our Sony is almost 7 years old (bought in 2000), so has lasted longer than others in these complaints. After reading the issues and costs, I'd rather invest my money in a new set. We are very disappointed as we've had other TV's last significantly longer than our expensive Sony. We would support any complaint filed against Sony on this issue.
