Sony DVD92 wont function at all????

Ive got a Sony DVD92 camcorder. A week ago, i got a small amount of water on the camera, nothing excessive, and after that it worked fine. The next morning the i tried to open the camera but nothing. I put it on charge, and the charge light came on. I turned it on and it worked for about 10 secs, then went of, and has stayed off for a week and a half now. No charge light, no power.....nothing, no respose at all, even when try open disc compartment, and push the camera reset button. Is there anything you suggest? Is there a fuse that is easy to get to? Im and electrician and have some technical knowledge and tools. Is there a total reset by bushing all buttons or something like that???? Im in bolivia at the moment, and cant dont know of a repair centre, and dont want to send it anywhere. Thanks for your help
