After replacing ic chips convergence still an issue

I'm having the same problems and did find out from jvc that after the chips are replaced then the tele needs to be reprogrammed in the service mode. To do this: On the hand held remote there is a tv/vcr button - slide this to TV then: press sleep timer once press the display and video buttons together. This will put you into service mode. A menu will appear on the screen. Type the #7 (Convergence B) You will then be able to adjust each of the colors manually. To then set or lock this into memory you are then to push the mute button once. Then press the back button. Hope this helps one and all. We however will never buy jvc again. Even after all this ours is still not working.
