Home32" JVC AV32850 has an intermittent problem with black horizontal lines covering the screen 32" JVC AV32850 has an intermittent problem with black horizontal lines covering the screen. When the lines are present, the screen shakes. The problem comes and goes, and it can be created by moving or shaking the TV set. I'm hoping it's not an expensive fix since the TV is about 10 yrs old....
