Hey I think I have found a solution

I went to a sony store and they told me what to do and it worked . ok first you uninstall all the sony stuff you have, then you go to esupport.sony.com/ , then you click on software/drivers (its at the top), then you select your country and type in your model, then youclick on updates,and if you are from canada, you download the first one. It should work
