Download MP3 Player Utilities 3.68 (find on google)
When downloaded Install
Start Menu-->All Programs-->MP3 Player Utilities 3.68-->MP3 Player Disk Tool
Press OK ( THIS WILL REMOVE STORED ITEMS!!! )
After this select a video
Right click The file on list, click settings, Select size (128x96 or 128x128)
Connect the Mp4 or Mp3 To the computer
Select output destination as drive of the mp4 (Like F:\ or F:\videos)
Select convert,After done Close Mp4 and remove the swich
After this enjoy
