HomeHaving trouble Downlodaing video and still shots to our PC Using the supplied USB cable and connecting to our PC (Windows XP)version, have had absolutely no success. When the cable is plugged in, the computor does not recognize that the camera is even connected. Do I need to download specific drivers for this process? Just need some direction and some support. Thank you

Need more details of what you are downloading from. Generally USB is not a good system for high quality video. Try it with a Firewire (IEEE1394) cable. Your computer will recognose it immediately. |
