dont bother writting You will get no where. had numerous phone conversations with them. They only gurantee 1 year for set. I had extended for 2 years and the day after it had the same problem. I finally called a tech and he replaced diodes on the conversion board which run 200.00 with labor...however set doesnt even turn on now.He's still working on it but im not paying more than 350.. to fix. There should have been a recall on this problem.
