i got a problem with my JVC camcorder ...

i have a JVC hard disk camcoder GZ-MG57AS recently, i found a trouble on it when i connect the charge cable, power/charge lights up and access lamp blinks, then after charging process done, if i don't use camera its lamps still remain on and soon it will be out of battery. while charging, after open LCD a message shown "COMMUNICATING", while no cable is connected to camera. i replaced old batteries with new batteries , but trouble still remains. what should I do ?
