13:02 error message

I have a new Sony Handycam. After I put the disk in, the screen says 13:02 error. Bad disk. Its reads some of my disks, but some not at all. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix. I tried a disk cleaning machine, I tried Isobuster. Nothing will read the disks. I here you should only use Sony disks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
