No Disc shows on display even though there are 12 cds in the cartridge

Hi, I have a JVC X-350 12 CD Changer. I've been experiencing a problem for the last two weeks. The display on the controller shows that there are no discs even the cartridge is loaded with all 12 cds. The changer cycles through all the cds and still shows no disc. I do not see the CD spin at all when a cd is inserted into the player portion of the changer. Is there anything I can do to repair this or changer no good ? Thanks.
