SONY FD88 Digital camera - Error message

My SONY digital camera was working fine, then suddenly when I insert a floppy it flashes the C:13:01 error. Followed manual's instructions for solving the problem, which didn't help. Tried several new floppies but that still didn't help either. Could you advise me of some other way I could remedy this problem?
