Homeerror message on 5-6 yo sony boom box ( model ID sticker missing)" Push Power Protect" after 2 or 3 secs when turned on, works for 2 or 3 seconds then displays "Push Power Protect" if turned off, reverts to demo mode.

Hi there i have a cd player that does that aswell it just keeps on saying push power protect and i looked in the manual and it said to turn it off and leave it for awhile and back on again but i have done that and it still says it! Has anyone told you what to do? |
