How did you find the solution. I have the same problem with my F828. It used to be a sometimes problem and now I can not get any of my three batteries to work at all. SONY has no idea. i spoke to 8 different people before i got frustrated and hung up on them. Flat rate of 211 dollars for them to look at it, could be more if they say so but will not be less.
