I need help finding a part for my JVC TV

Im looking for the power board for a 32" JVC TV model#AV-32050, the part# is SGV-4011A, this is the board where all control buttons are lcated, volume button, channel button, on/off button, menu button and also the remote sensor. Can someone please help me find this part JVC does not make it anymore and Im having problems finding it, the TV is in excellent shape except for this, please e-mail me to mrtowncar@gmail.com with your suggestions.
