HomePicture Quality The picture quality while playing the tape in my camcorder has usually been good when transfering to a computer, but now it is very snowy looking, but when I take the tape out and play it in my vcr, it looks clear. Can you tell me what I can do. Thank you.

Its most likely that the video heads require cleaning, there is a more professional way to do this rather than using the potentially damaging cassette type cleaner tapes, however this info can ONLY be supplied to a DIRECT e-mail address as it includes a JPEG for illustration purposes.
