cyberlink DVD solution says that it is compatible with windows 98, ME, SE, 2000 and higher, but it refuses to install on my pc with Windows Vista

ok, so heres what im doing: 1.pop the cd in 2.run install 3.click on install cyberlink DVD solution 4.select language: English 5. "severe" window pops up, and it says "the installation will be terminated at this time. This software is intended for windows 98, SE, ME, 2000 or above versions only." My pc has windows Vista, it should install with no problem but it doesnt, if anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE HELP ME!!
