I had the same problem, opened the unit and looked at the solder. Sure enough, same solder issue, same place. I put it back together and I got my rear left and subwoofer back perfectly.

But the entire right side, even on the "B" speakers have a relatively low output, even with the balance set to +8 to the right. It is still less than half the volume of the right. Do the right and left side have separate amps? I don't think it's a bad ground because I disconnected all but the front "A" speakers and then swapped them, it did not follow the speakers.
