When I turn on the camcorder,It says that the lens is still on, even though, it's off. Also I need to know where can I take it to be repaired. I live in Brooklyn, New York. Thanks

HI, JUST GO TO JVC SUPPORT WEB SITE AND YOU WILL FOUND ALL THE LOCATIONS WHERE YOU CAN TAKE YOU CAM AND THEY FIX IT FOR FREE, IT WAS AN MANUFACTURE ERROR ON THAT MODEL. BYE
