jumpy recording and play back on the camcorder. head cleaning didnt help

Hi, i have a GR DVM96U camcorder. recently i notices that the recording was jumpy. movement was not capture consistently resulting in some sections of the image outof sync with the rest. i cleaned the head with a head cleaner - did not help. what else can i do?
